Risk Data Analyst

We’re excited to share that the Risk Intelligence Management team is looking for a Semi-Senior Risk Data Analyst. Your main challenges will include: Managing the credit loss estimation data model in a Big Data environment and analyzing the various scenarios across Santander Argentina’s portfolios. Performing thorough data validation in an automated environment, with a functional/business-oriented perspective beyond just a technical approach. Supporting data usage and interpretation within the team in the context of predictive model development. Automating processes for calculating and analyzing credit risk indicators to identify opportunities for model and strategy improvement. Developing and implementing enhancements to the data model in coordination with the Data and Technology teams. Interacting with control teams (Internal Validation and Audits). What we expect from you: Be an advanced student or graduate in Economics, Exact Sciences, Engineering, Systems, or Data. Programming skills in Python (mandatory). Experience working with Big Data platforms (AWS, Spark, Hadoop, etc.). Background in the financial industry. Be curious, self-taught, proactive, and adaptable to different scenarios. Intermediate to advanced English level. Work modality: Hybrid Work schedule: Full time
