SR Software Engineer (Automation)

As a Senior Software Engineer, your main mission will be to develop and evolve solutions within the squad, with the goal of contributing significantly to the company’s results. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and operability of the team’s solutions, as well as the long-term viability of delivered developments. As part of your role, you will: Develop technology solutions based on chatbot development in collaboration with the Technical Lead and other areas of the company. Advise the Project Leader and the team on technical aspects, including usability, technical feasibility, performance, robustness, and scalability of requirements. Identify, evaluate, and manage the technical resources required to meet objectives. Ensure operability and sustainability by applying software quality standards. What we expect from you to thrive in this role: Knowledge of agile software development methodologies. Knowledge of emerging conversational AI technologies. Experience with Python. Experience with NodeJs – Typescript – FastAPI – Gitlab. Experience with Dialogflow (Google) is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with stakeholders. Excellent teamwork skills. Experience with MongoDB – Redis – SQL. Experience with generative artificial intelligence.
