Responsibilities * Communicate with customers and address their requests effectively * Create and maintain unit and automated testing infrastructure * Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance services * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate broader implications of technical decisions * Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards and knowledge sharing * Develop or review technical design proposals and proof-of-concept projects * Advocate for and implement engineering best practices to improve the team’s output * Maintain operational excellence through testing, monitoring, and documentation of systems * Take responsibility for the stability and health of services by being on-call when needed
