Senior Cloud Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Administrator to join our team as an Oracle Field Service Cloud expert. In this role, you will oversee the administration and optimization of our platform, ensuring its scalability and reliability. You will act as a technical leader, providing strategic guidance, managing system enhancements, and empowering business teams with well-configured solutions that drive operational excellence. Responsibilities * Perform Oracle Field Service Cloud administrative tasks, including user access, roles, and permissions management * Configure objects, fields, and page layouts to meet business requirements * Develop and maintain advanced workflows, automations, and processes to enhance system functionality * Ensure data integrity by managing imports, exports, data cleansing, and backups * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements * Map business needs to Oracle Field Service Cloud capabilities and contribute to scalable solution designs * Translate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in planning sessions * Document support processes, create FAQs, and develop training materials to promote user adoption * Collaborate with other administrators and developers to resolve complex issues and escalations * Stay up-to-date with Oracle Field Service updates, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team and end-users
