Senior Product Support

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Senior Developer with a strong backend focus to join our production support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing software, fixing bugs, and providing remote or on-site support to users. This role requires fluency in Spanish (primary) and intermediate English. What you'll do: - Provide remote or on-site user support. - Resolve incidents efficiently through ticket management. - Develop software and fix bugs in existing systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve applications. What you'll need: - Strong experience in Java EE development. - Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. - Knowledge of JavaScript and frontend integration. - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Experience with GIT and Maven. - SQL expertise and database modeling skills. - Experience with messaging systems or queue managers. - Linux scripting proficiency. - Docker knowledge for containerization.
