Define and oversee scalable architectures focused on high-performance backend services. Translate business initiatives into clear technical tasks in collaboration with Product Owners. Champion practices such as TDD, BDD, Clean Code, and code reviews. Collaborate closely with product, design, and other tech teams to deliver impactful results. Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement. 🚀 What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading backend development teams (or ready to confidently take that step). Solid knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, Hexagonal Architecture, Node.js, and TypeScript. A true passion for clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
