Customer Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities Provide technical consulting services and guidance around Google APIs and Google Cloud platforms to help clients develop cutting-edge applications across products. Work with customers to understand underlying business challenges. Cultivate relationships with Sales teams and customers, leveraging these relationships to identify and develop innovative technical solutions that lead to more advertising business. Work across Sales, Support, and Product teams to provide innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from Engineers to Marketing professionals. Leverage Google Cloud infrastructure and big data analytics systems to achieve goals. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, and SQL queries Client-facing experience, managing internal and external customers Ability to speak and write in English fluently Preferred qualifications: Experience in the online advertising industry Ability to work separately and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Effective creative problem-solving approach and excellent analytical skills
