Requirements
A hands-on technical Manager with 10+ years of experience. An understanding of Problem Complexity vis-a-vis Implementation Complexity is a must.
Passionate about building large-scale systems to serve millions of users. Architecting distributed systems, building in-memory compute grids, and NoSQL data stores.
Worked with Business and Operational Leaders to derive Platform/Product Roadmaps for execution
Built products using frameworks like Domain-Driven design.
Proponent of Lean and Extreme Programming – TDD and evolved to QuickCheck and type systems.
Built applications and APIs using Fastify or Express JS, Core Java – Spring boot, NoSQL (Mongo DB) or SQL (Postgres) Databases & event-driven reactive microservices.
Orchestrated Tech Stacks for Big Data and Distributed Systems to solve scalability issues under high load
A keen learner who experiments with new tech stacks on distributed systems
Adept at converting ambiguous 1 line project statements into a fully functional product
Tech Skills – Experience with
Cloud Native applications - GCP or Azure or Amazon is a must.
Native Apps ecosystem – Android, iOS, Smartwatches, Smart Apps etc.
Building APIs Fastify or Express JS, Core Java – Spring boot, NoSQL (Mongo DB) or SQL (Postgres)
Schema modeling, lazy binding.
