InvGate is a SaaS company that develops 3 different products for IT management and automation. We have clients in over 40 countries.
We are looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team
Responsibilities: The position is responsible for:
providing technical and functional support
answering service orders received through our InvGate Service Desk tool
supporting customers through remote sessions (teamviewer/zoom/etc) in orden to install our products or assist due to any issue.
checking customers’ configurations and providing improvement suggestions
team working with the development and customer success staff

are fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
have previous experience in application support
think analytically
are computer science student
have strong communication skills
enjoy working with clients, have good energy and are empathic
have knowledge of Active Directory
have knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
have knowledge of networks and connectivity
have previous experience using our Invgate Service Desk and Invgate Assets Management tools (is a big plus)
