Technical Lead

The Onapsis Engineering Team is looking for Technical Leads to be in charge of: Being a technical reference for the development team Balancing estimations between a conservative and an aggressive approach so that the team meets the committed deadlines. Conduct planning, and daily meetings during a sprint and retrospective meetings at the end of every sprint analyzing Engineering defined metrics (like GitPrime) and reports with your team for improvement. Leading and leveraging your team members’ skills, as well as helping them to focus their efforts towards the most value generating activities. Assuring quality since you'll be accountable for the quality of the code your team writes. Watching over the release to be completed in the expected time and form. Building a continuous and strong partnership with Product Management. Helping empowering and enabling other development teams. Working closely with Product Research and Product Security teams. Required skills and aptitudes: Experience in similar roles leading and managing a team of software developers Well versed in Software Engineering Experience applying technical solutions Programmer/ QA Engineer/ SDET background Experience with code review Python knowledge (desired)
