Radian Forge is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering large format Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing for the U.S. Navy and the defense industrial base. We produce mission critical metal parts in copper nickel, nickel aluminum bronze, and steel, replacing long lead castings and obsolete components with qualified additive parts. Capabilities include scan to print reverse engineering, digital twin traceability at the weld bead level, hybrid repair and cladding onto existing substrates, and transportable manufacturing cells that put qualified production at the point of need.
