Danilo Timm

🇬🇧 From Brasilia to Berlin, Danilo Timm brings their queer pop performative artistry to the global stage, with a blend of Brazilian grooves, synth-pop beats, and neo-soul riffs. Their musical live performances captivate and inspire audiences to accept and embrace themselves – by adding a bit of color, spark and warmth through yummy words and sounds.

Timm also celebrates their femininity as drag queen Dolores Delight with deeply entertaining storytelling and cabaret karaoke advocating for free love and acceptance of queer identities. Their new solo project, NiLØ explores Timm's transformative experiences in Berlin.

Recent career highlights include opening for Marina Sena and will perform at Fusion and Piscotrópicos festivals this year. Danilo also founded and sings with local music projects Aquafaba and Passiflora Live, and leads the pop choirs Heart Chor and Oh My Choir!

🇩🇪 Von Brasilia nach Berlin - Mit einer Mischung aus brasilianischen Grooves, Synth-Pop-Beats und Neo-Soul-Riffs bringt Danilo Timm eine queere Pop-Performance auf die globale Bühne. Dans funkelnde und farbenfrohe Live-Auftritte animieren das Publikum dazu, sich selbst anzunehmen und zu umarmen. Als Komponist schreibt Dan Texte auf Englisch, Portugiesisch und Deutsch.

Als Drag Queen Dolores Delight zelebriert Timm ihre Weiblichkeit mit unterhaltsamen Geschichten und kabarettistischen Karaoke-Einlagen, in denen sie sich für freie Liebe und die Akzeptanz queerer Identitäten einsetzt. Zudem gründete Dan die lokalen Musikprojekte Aquafaba und Passiflora Live und leitet die Popchöre Heart Chor und Oh My Choir. Dans neues Soloprojekt, NiLØ, besteht aus 10 episodischen Tracks, die Dans transformative Erfahrungen in Berlin widerspiegeln.

Zu den jüngsten Karrierehöhepunkten gehört, dass Dan als Vorgruppe von Marina Sena auftrat und zu den Festivals Fusion und Piscotrópicos eingeladen wurde. (von Joana Clement)
