Douniah

Douniah is a singer/writer and visual artist with Moroccan (Amazigh) and German heritage. The 23 year old soul artist, now based in Berlin, started her musical career in Hamburg. At the age of 15, she began to tell and share stories with her acoustic guitar on poetry stages all over her hometown. She early found her sound in Soul, Jazz, Indie and electronic music - everything she grew up with and is an influence, like North african Gnawa (jazz) Music and Afro-American Soul-Jazz and Hip Hop.
