Kappa Data operates in Belgium, where its headquarters are located, as well as in the Netherlands (Utrecht), in Poland and in France. To catalyze its growth, Kappa Data is looking for a Solution Engineer to join our technical team. You will work from the headquarters in Belgium; Kappa Data – Grote Steenweg 18, 9840 De Pinte but collaborate on the strategy of the Kappa Data group. What we expect from you: Become a true technology and product expert. Excel in customer focus and communication. Obtain Authorized Trainer statuses from various vendors. Conduct training using in-house training materials or the vendor’s official training courses Installations and Interventions provide the necessary field experience. You are active in the Benelux region and beyond. Maintain your own virtual and physical training lab environments Bring your tests to life in the customer’s network. Perform Proof of Concepts and be a founder of new high-tech projects. Act as level 3 support engineer for the most advanced support tickets. Profile: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or something similar), or equivalent experience. Experience: Knowledge of networking and/or security solutions.
