In today’s high-interest-rate environment, credit investments may offer returns comparable to equities, thanks to higher credit income. Equities need growth to deliver high returns, but financing growth is costly with high interest rates. In contrast, credit market returns are driven by issuers’ contractual obligations rather than growth. David Rosenberg will explore how a multi-strategy credit approach can enable Local Government Pension Schemes to capitalize on these opportunities in the credit markets.
