 - bjansen@etrovub.be VUB’s department of Electronics and Informatics has worked over the last decade on a variety of digital tools to support physical therapy and rehabilitation, often in a collaboration with Biomechanics and Anatomy of ULB. This has resulted in a gaming platform which is motivating for the patient, especially to improve compliance in long term rehabilitation. Simultaneously large amounts of movement data are collected during the games, which can be analyzed. An example of such a game is ghostly, a simple tablet game which is controlled by wireless EMG sensors, allowing for muscle training in a very intuitive way, even shortly after some orthopaedic procedures. http://openfeasyo.org/
