RUSH System for CAR-T Cells

Our CAR-T cell technology, CARTuneTM, addresses the high toxicity in CAR-T therapies while maintening their efficiency. Based on our proprietary "traffic switch" platform and the RUSH system, it controls CAR protein expression using Biotin, a non-toxic molecule. This innovation enhances efficacy and reduces toxicity, making it suitable for both Leukemia and solid tumors, and allowing for versatile, off-the-shelf treatment options.
