The platform provides a wide range of applications in genomics, transcriptomics and epigenetics at both population and single cell levels. We provide technical and scientific support for experimental design and sequencing strategies. We are also involved in the development of innovative approaches such as the implementation of new high-potential technologies especially in single cell analysis and long read sequencing (PacBio and Oxford Nanopore). The platform is ISO9001 and NFX50-900 certified.
