The development of HPC capacity and application in Taiwan has picked up the pace over past few years and have laid down a clear path for the years to come. No only the conventional HPC infrastructure, but also the facilities dedicated for AI development as well as Data Centers are growing even faster than past years. This systematic arrangement has strong and positive influence on the development of the HPC and AI based research for the country. With a new Data Center put into action followed by a new one on the drawing board. The blooming development of the HPC of Taiwan is beyond the scope of all previous years.
In this talk, the speaker would like to share an key update over the year in both terms of infrastructure and AI development. In addition, the endeavor of Quantum Computing will also be presented.
