The Open Edge and HPC Initiative (OEHI) is a non-profit organization aiming to facilitate short time to market of novel, in particular Arm- and RISC-V-based, HPC infrastructure. As such OEHI wants to provide reference architectures and supports the realization and demonstration of end-to-end solutions. In this project, OEHI partnered with Gesellschaft für wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung mbH Göttingen (GWDG) to explore on the one site the Scalable Matrix Extension on Arm and otherwise explore the diverse opportunities of the S3 interface of OceanStor for AI inference and training.
