HPC SPECTRA (High-Performance Computing Synergies for Training, Education, and Research Across Europe) is a pioneering initiative to strengthen the High-Performance Computing (HPC) training and educational infrastructure across Europe. This project integrates and builds upon the collective expertise and resources of leading European institutions like CASTIEL2 and EUROCC2 to develop a comprehensive and accessible EuroHPC Training Platform. HPC SPECTRA’s vision is to create a synergistic approach to HPC training, catering to a broad spectrum of learners, from students to professionals in academia and industry. By co-organizing the International HPC Summer Schools and leveraging existing frameworks like the HPC Certification Forum, the project seeks to standardize HPC training, thus enhancing the skills and capabilities of the workforce. The project is committed to fostering a knowledgeable and skilled HPC community capable of driving innovation and maintaining Europe’s competitive edge in digital technologies.
