SMART HERITAGE FOR PRESERVATION THROUGH IOT Cultural heritage is one of the most important assets of a country, and its preservation need the usage of disruptive technologies to fight the effects of pollution, global warming and time. New technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence or digital twins, are enabling the generation of knowledge based on real time data about what is happening in any environment and support the prediction of future events that will occur, which solves the greatest demand in heritage preservation: understanding how the assets are behaving. As a result of this need, we have created the ISH (Integra Smart Heritage), an intelligent heritage conservation system that uses technologies such IoT, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. ISH is a solution based on the preventive conservation of heritage and its management, allowing the creation of a digital twin of the monument or heritage asset. The digital twin enables the remote and centralized monitoring of the heritage asset thanks to IoT, providing advanced insights and information to support the predictive preservation.
