-- Manufacturing 4.0 -- Our projects are designed to solve specific problems and are adapted to the specific needs of each client. - Product Quality Process analysis for quality and root cause prediction, non-conformity detection, golden batch footprint design and maintenance, automated processing and displays for forensic analysis, etc. - Predictive Maintenance Analytics applied to the prediction of machine, system or process failures and the reduction of unplanned stoppages with the aim of obtaining advanced diagnostics that enable preventive action to be taken. - Process Efficiency Analytics applied to optimisation to reduce energy consumption in order to increase production and to generate real-time recommendations to make the best decisions. - Production Optimisation Mathematical modelling (MILP, ILP) applied to demand prediction and production planning, combined with heuristics, metaheuristics (simulated annealing, genetic algorithms) for production process sequencing. -- Data Analysis Consultancy -- Based on the data provided by the client and a joint analysis to get to know them in detail, we apply statistical and mathematical techniques to identify correlations, the meaning of variables regarding a problem, predictive capacity of variables, etc. This is a cost-effective pre-analysis that allows us to quickly grasp the advantages of data-driven decision making while trying to find a solution to a problem. -- Rapid Prototyping and Validation Projects -- Using our edge computing and IoT platform, we monitor any variable in a machine or process, analyse trends in sensor signals and identify simple patterns of behaviour. We establish whether additional sensors are needed to get the full picture of the machine or process and the effect we want to characterise. -- Design and Deployment of IoT Architectures -- We implement relevant and comprehensive data analytics platforms, combining and normalising all sources of information.
