Running across two days, the Congress offers attendees the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day, reflect on patient safety and take back actionable insights that will make a difference. Over the years we’ve put the following core principles at the heart of the Congress planning process, to ensure we deliver a valuable experience for all attendees.Firstly, this is a conference that puts the patient on an equal platform, with patients and relatives meaningfully involved across the whole programme.
