Gaining productive, efficient and collaborative strategies to optimise system working and service delivery  As system leaders continue to tackle the challenges in balancing financial constraint, workforce wellbeing and productivity, collaborative accountability and overall system performance amid an upcoming change in government, identifying practical solutions that derive tangible long term benefits are imperative for success. The HSJ Integrated Care Summit unites 100+ of the most senior leaders across the wider system annually - from NHSE and ICB chairs and chief execs, to local/national authority and VCSE leadership – there is no shortage of guidance and peer-peer benchmarking to spark new ideas, challenge legacy mindsets and innovate against those pressing challenges.What will be discussed and what has changed in the past year?
