Information
Retain and grow underrepresented talent through classroom-style learning on a variety of DEIB topics taught holistically. Each topic is implemented through four 90-minute teaching sessions, taking participants through PowerToFly's four pillars: understanding, awareness, action, and accountability.
Sessions are delivered through 5-week implementation beginning with a partnership kick-off to post-training debrief. We will sync on content during the research and prep stage. PowerToFly will then host an interactive 90-minute classroom-style session (virtual or in person) with a dedicated facilitator and subject matter expert.
Sessions include content delivery and breakout sessions to dive deeper into the content. Breakout spaces may include self-reflection questions or scenarios to get people thinking and open greater communication amongst the team talking to each other. PowerToFly will manage Pre-work, Post-work, Pre-Surveys, and Post- Surveys in the forms of a short questionnaire and multiple choice questions to gather data Debrief on results, impact, and actionable gathered.
After our training, our Post-Surveys have reflected that 90% agree that their feelings of belonging within their company and with colleagues increased and 97% understand the importance of DEIB training and how they impact individuals and larger business goals. Additionally employee ENP scores and retention rates increase as does company productivity and sales.
