Greater National Advocates (GNA) is America’s nonprofit gateway to Independent Patient Advocacy, working to ensure no one has to navigate healthcare alone.

Through our free Advocacy Support Center, we help patients and loved ones navigate the real-world challenges that can stand between treatment and better outcomes—from complex care and insurance issues to financial, transportation, and other barriers.

For healthcare and life sciences organizations, GNA provides an independent pathway to extend patient support beyond existing programs. We help address the complex, real-world needs that may fall outside traditional patient services while routing therapy-specific needs back to your team.

GNA also strengthens the Independent Patient Advocacy ecosystem through our National Directory and professional community, connecting patients with independent advocates and helping more people access the support they need.
