Our “brick-and-click” healthcare platform integrates digital health and in-clinic experiences convenient to where everyone lives, works, and clicks. This patient-centric platform is disrupting the standard for healthcare for Bangladesh’s 170 million citizens (making it the 8th largest country in the world) by integrating digital health products -- including telemedicine, e-pharmacy, and AI/ML-powered virtual care -- with high quality in-clinic experiences. By total patients served, Praava is already larger than Parsley Health and Oak Street Health -- combined -- and has half as many patients as One Medical. 60% of their C-Suite are women, in a sector where women make 80% of healthcare decisions and are 65% of workers, but comprise fewer than 15% of leaders.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Praava quadrupled our patient base while maintaining a 2021 NPS of 89, at the level of the highest NPS scores for Fortune 500 companies. Praava’s major partners and clients include the World Health Organization, the World Bank, Unilever, Samsung, and Coca-Cola. At Praava, patients are treated by caring, internationally trained doctors that take the time to listen to and understand individual healthcare needs. Our lab participates in the world’s largest external quality assessment scheme, and our average accuracy score is 99.9% and rated one of the best in Bangladesh. With our brick-and-click model, patients can also get the care they need 24/7. They can also manage their health via our app, be it booking appointments, accessing test results, and more. Our goal is to make the process intuitive for our patients and provide care wherever they are – in clinic or at-home.
