Harry is the category director for logistics working within Corio Generation’s procurement organisation. Harry is responsible for transport and installation scopes (including ports) across Corio’s global portfolio.

Simon Woodley joined Corio Generation in 2023 to oversee and lead our RPO provider to support the successful and continued growth of Corio. He joined with around 20 years’ experience in the staffing and talent acquisition industry, where ensuring client and candidate experience is at the heart of everything. Prior to joining CORIO, Simon has worked for several large blue-chip organisations working both internally and externally, delivering a best-in-class recruitment and talent solution. He prides himself on delivering cutting-edge recruitment solutions, which are sustainable to meet demands of the organisations he represented.

Will Henley

Head of Corporate Affairs

Will Henley is Head of Corporate Affairs at Corio Generation, the leading offshore wind developer that was named Offshore Developer of the Year in the 2023 Wind Investment Awards. Launched in April 2022, Corio is a portfolio company of Macquarie Asset Management’s Green Investment Group (GIG), operating on a standalone basis. Headquartered in London, we are home to one of the world's largest offshore wind development pipelines, with 30+ GW projects in development in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.

Will has a two-decade career in communications and corporate affairs across both private and public sectors. As a specialist in energy development, sustainability, climate change, government relations and brand and reputation management, he has provided strategic advice and counsel to c-suite executives, government ministers, former heads of government and senior diplomats. Earlier in his career, Will worked as a business journalist and editor and wrote extensively about finance, energy and natural resources, business and human rights, infrastructure, technology and water.
