We enable greater scientific focus, increasing time for science and promoting scientific discovery. Our team specialises in scientific instrument service, repair and calibration and a wide range of integrated laboratory support services to both reduce costs and maximise asset uptime and availability. We find our solutions can typically release 15-25% of a research scientist’s non-core activity; enabling more time to focus on the science, optimising operations and maximising value for our Scientific Services and FM clients. CBRE helps to deliver more effective workplaces for many of the world’s leading Life Sciences companies and companies in other market sectors that own/operate laboratory facilities for both R&D and QC/testing purposes. To support their vital laboratory operations, we offer a comprehensive suite of innovative and integrated lab services, aligned as a single integrator and providing end-to-end, client-focused expertise to optimise laboratory spaces. We can help clients to drive greater efficiency, reliability and productivity; ensuring regulatory compliance and increasing time for science/core activity. We have been delivering a variety of Laboratory Services for our clients for over 30 years and are currently responsible for supporting over 250,000 key pieces of our clients’ scientific equipment globally. We act as a single integrator for Lab Services, providing a multi-vendor platform for supporting and self-performing a significant percentage of instrument maintenance and repair for our clients’, often complex, lab equipment portfolios.
