The new architecture with open space labs and shared facilities has the aim to forester collaboration through all disciplines. To achieve these aims the researchers need digital assistants.
The labs will be equipped with IoT sensors that collect and distribute multiple information in the entire building. These data are evaluated by artificial intelligence. Based on this structure the Siemens assistant “Comfy” will be your Whatsapp, Google Maps and Smart Room Operator on your Smartphone.
- You can tune comfort parameters and adapt illumination to your needs.
- Comfy will inform you, which rooms and working places are available by when and you can book them easily with a fingertip.
- Comfy helps you to find specific equipment and assets in your building or where you can find a specific colleague you are looking for.
- If you need support or if you want to notify e.g. required maintenance or cleaning needs you can easily submit a work request or flag an issue.
- You will be navigated through the building and guided to find nearby amenities.
- Especially in the current pandemic situation Comfy helps to count and track people, releases e.g. meeting rooms only after disinfection and supports social distance by managing the workplaces.
