Leadership Flywheel™

Leadership Flywheel™ is a relational process focused on increasing an individual leader’s spiritual growth in Jesus Christ, with the goal of encouraging and equipping the development of other spiritual leaders. The Leadership Flywheel process is specifically designed to continually grow through an individualized coaching process of assessing, equipping, and encouraging leaders to develop themselves and invest in those entrusted to their care. The purpose of the Leadership Flywheel is to produce Christ-centered, spiritual leaders.
