Asociación Salto Ángel is dedicated to reshaping narratives and preserving historical memory in vulnerable communities of La Guajira, leveraging community communication and civic information as essential tools. Through hands-on communication training workshops, community members themselves have documented and shared their stories in a photographic gallery that capturestheir realities, strengths, and processes of integration.

In its entirety, featuring three photographic collections and 22 postcards, this initiative has fostered fraternity,social cohesion, and resilience in communities affected by migration and humanitarian crises. More than just a visual exhibition, it amplifies the voices of those who have experienced displacement and emergencies while rediscovering and reinforcing their sense of belonging and empowerment in the community. This photographic display invites to reflect on the importance of humanitarian responses that prioritize integration and recognize the agency and capacities of affected individuals.
