Project Description
Develops a new sovereign Tier III data centre in Dodoma/Iringa to decentralize Tanzania's digital infrastructure, provide regional hosting, disaster recovery, carrier-neutral IXP services, and cloud capacity. Reduces single-point-of-failure risks currently concentrated in Dar es Salaam. Targets ≥60% latency reduction for southern regions, hosting adoption by ≥30% of regional government systems, and cross-border traffic enablement with Malawi, Zambia, and Mozambique.
