Project Description
Modernizes the Higher Education and Research Institutions Network (HERIN) through upgraded border routers, 9 new Points of Presence, increased international bandwidth to 10 Gbps via SEACOM, and last-mile fibre to 92 institutions. Additionally, the idea is to enable a National Data-Driven Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Hub with a cluster at NM-AIST and data science/AI training programmes.
