Project Description
The project aims to expand mobile and fixed broadband coverage in underserved rural areas through PPPs, universal service funding (UCSAF), and multi-technology approaches (4G/5G/FWA, satellite). Targets rural population coverage, approx. 100 new tower sites per year from 2027–2030, affordable data bundles, and smartphone penetration reaching ≥85% through tower deployment, 4G/5G/FWA expansion, PPP bandwidth models.
