NAKA is a pioneering eco-tech startup revolutionizing urban logistics in West Africa. We tackle urban pollution by providing 100% electric delivery services powered by our proprietary "Carbon Converter" algorithm, which certifies a real-time reduction of 24g of CO2 per kilometer.

Business Model:

We operate a B2B-focused model serving premium institutions, such as banks and e-commerce platforms, that require secure and sustainable logistics. Revenue is generated through delivery fees and a data-driven dashboard that provides corporate partners with auditable environmental impact reports, transforming logistics into a measurable CSR asset.

Operations:

Our infrastructure relies on a strategic partnership with Spiro for electric vehicles and battery-swapping technology. Operations are managed via a custom FlutterFlow application that ensures real-time GPS tracking and data integrity. We prioritize youth inclusion (ages 18-35), training them as "Elite Pilots" in the green economy. Currently running a pilot phase in Lomé with 5 vehicles, we are scaling to 50 units within the next 12 months to optimize delivery efficiency and maximize environmental impact along regional corridors.

Team

The NAKA team combines multidisciplinary expertise to transform urban logistics: Odilon Hounkpati (CEO & Founder): Marketing expert with a postgraduate degree in Climate Change. He leads the strategic vision and the "Carbon Converter" certification model. Christ Christopher Oderic Yassinguezo (Lead Developer): Head of technical infrastructure, specializing in FlutterFlow and source code management for real-time tracking.
