ENCAF – A digital Ecosystem for Skills in Africa

ENCAF is a subsidiary of MEDEF International dedicated to fostering technical and vocational skills development across Africa through innovative, digital, and industry-driven approaches.

Acting as a bridge between the public and private sectors, ENCAF supports the creation of “Training Centres 4.0” that integrate digital learning tools, virtual reality, and industry partnerships to strengthen employability and align training with market needs.

Its projects, implemented in collaboration with African ministries, local private sector organizations, and European partners, contribute to the EU–AU priorities on skills, youth employment, and sustainable industrial development.
