132 MWdc System in WA: Merriden Solar Farm

Risen Energy (Australia) is developing the 132 MWdc Merredin Solar Farm, which is the largest of its kind in Western Australia. SMA Australia has begun the early stages of the commissioning process of the Merredin Solar Farm. Once complete, the solar farm will contribute enough green energy to power approximately 42,000 Western Australian homes. The Merriden Solar Farm, along with the Yarranlea Solar Farm in Queensland, furthers the long-term international partnership between SMA Australia, SMA China and Risen Energy.
