Acting as lead legal advisor for the project offtaker and sponsor for the DeGrussa project, being the world's largest (at the time) off-grid solar and diesel co-generation system (19MW diesel and 11 MW solar) for powering a remote copper mine site. Included advising on integration of the power stations and operational impacts, conditions required by ARENA as part funder and assistance on the technical side given our power (in particular, renewables) specialisation.
