Climate Friendly is a profit-for-purpose organisation tackling climate change by storing carbon in the landscape at scale, while repairing nature and advancing reconciliation.
We’ve already stored 30 million tonnes of carbon by partnering with land managers, Traditional Owners and environment groups on more than 160 projects across 10 million hectares.
That’s the same as having grown a mature eucalyptus forest of 20 million trees.
Our long-term mission is to create a productive, sustainable land sector that contributes significantly to a Net Zero, Nature Positive Australia. To do that we aim to establish partnerships by 2025 to store 150 million tonnes of carbon while restoring degraded ecosystems and increasing biodiversity.
