AMS è stata fondata nel 1971 per la produzione di attrezzature per carrelli elevatori.DAl 1980 AMS si è dedicata al settore delle attrezzature per l’igiene urbana con i suoi modelli SP e CL quest'ultimo suo prodotto di punta. Nei primi anni 2000 AMS diventa SPA e al contempo si certifica ISO9001. Le migliaia di macchine prodotte e diversi brevetti depositati nel corso dei decenni testimoniano la vocazione di AMS all’innovazione e allo sviluppo di soluzioni per la raccolta rifiuti.
