Predicting what the future holds - for nonhuman animals

In this talk, Fai starts with an account of how our analyses of the history of technologies have almost always forgotten technologies' impact on animals, and argues why we should change our mindsets and methodology of accessing the impacts of technologies. Fai will attempt to predict how future technologies might impact animals. In the end, he will give some recommendations on what we can do to improve the (long-term) future for animals.
