On-ramps: How to get more people into impactful, high absorbency careers

This talk will explore how to get into and help others get into higher impact career paths. It will focus on the creation and utilization of late-stage on-ramps for top career paths and covers careers including policy, for-profit entrepreneurship, charity entrepreneurship, and research. It looks at careers from a more systemic perspective, considering both the career's impact per person and its effective absorbency of people per year.
