<p>All cancellations by Delegates must be received in writing no later than 28 days before the first day of the Event for a full refund of Delegate Fees paid, less a 10% administration charge. We cannot accept verbal cancellations. Delegates whose cancellations are received later than this deadline shall be liable for the full Fee. Delegates may nominate a substitute to attend an Event in his or her place.</p>
