Use with water and Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments (or other dry pigments) to make your own transparent watercolors, washes, stamping and calligraphy inks. For use on paper, wood or any surface that will not be washed. Gum Arabic produces a glossy, easy to brush or stamp on paint that easily mixes and cleans up with water. Pearl Ex Varnish - Available in 2.25 fl oz size This water-based varnish can be used as a medium or top coat with Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments. Works great on paper, clay, metal, wood or plastic and cleans up easily with water. This varnish enables Pearl Ex users to create their own lustrous metallic paints, glazes and durable finishes on every surface.
