The PAILE system enables the installation of foundation and ground improvement piles with enlarged, prestressed bases, of a range of capacities. Using this method, piles are created at a significantly reduced cost, material, CO2 emission and time when compared with currently available techniques. Exact saving, in a range of 40-70%, depends on the site ground conditions. Additionally, during installation (single, continuous & controlled process), the load capacity of each PAILE is verified which enables on-site pile depth adjustment and therefore reduces risk. These static test measurements from across the site are then analysed to deliver a comprehensive site risk profile and enable further optimisation of the infrastructure design.
