Emerging research underscores the business and development case for applying a gender-lens to climate action investments and financing activities. This keynote will highlight the critical role women play in climate action leadership – both in the public and the private sector.

Through her experience working with private sector leaders and policy makers, Carmen Niethammer of the European Investment Bank (EIB) will explore with the audience potential solutions that can deliver on climate goals while also ensuring business and development results at the corporate, industry sector, and national levels.
