IURC supports results-oriented partnerships that drive sustainable urban development and regional innovation. Cities collaborate on mobility, logistics, strategic sectors, entrepreneurship, circular economy, climate adaptation, regeneration and affordable housing. Regions exchange knowledge and act together in agri-food, clean energy, blue economy, and industrial modernisation. Apply by 30 June 2025.
