The height of lockdown as a result of the coronavirus pandemic saw people around the world consume content services, from on-demand streaming to social media and gaming. With dedicated subsea projects rolling out in the Middle East and Africa, linked by expanding cloud and data centres services, hyperscalers are becoming ever more influential in this region. We look at how telcos are collaborating effectively with content providers and what will their growing presence mean for the future.
